Immediate opening: QC inspector (Maryland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a QC inspector in Baltimore County, Maryland. Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits Day to day you will compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
