Oven operator wanted in Obot Akara

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Obot Akara, Akwa Ibom State. On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Full-time with occasional weekends.
