Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Clark County, Missouri. The job is in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $150 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
