Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwasher in Piscataquis County, Maine. You will work in a catering unit. Day-to-day duties: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
