Great opportunity: we are hiring a vehicle body repairer in Escambia County, Florida. Your main tasks: • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer Ideal candidate: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $10,750 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
