Vacancy available: we are hiring a single needle operator in Caswell County, North Carolina. Requirements: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Your main tasks: • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching Rotating shifts.
