Urgent requirement: grill cook (Washington)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Columbia County, Washington. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On the job you will handle: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Pay around $130 per day, based on your experience.
