Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Saline County, Arkansas. You will work in a busy paint shop. Your main tasks: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth 6+ years on the tools preferred.
