Urgent requirement: we are hiring a butcher in Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, England. The job is at a wholesale meat market. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Day to day you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife.
