Urgent requirement: pot washer (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pot washer in Kenedy County, Texas. You will be based in a hospital canteen. Your main tasks: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
