Great opportunity: we are hiring a commercial refrigeration engineer in Island County, Washington. You will work on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. What we are looking for: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds On a typical shift you will service split AC units and VRF systems; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; fault-find control boards and defrost timers; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays.
