Framing carpenter • Monroe County, West Virginia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Monroe County, West Virginia. You will be based on a residential housebuilding project. The role involves: • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions Requirements: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
