Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welder in Delaware County, New York. You will work in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. You should have: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight The role involves weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job.
