Join our team: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Mercer County, Pennsylvania. On a typical shift you will change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish. What we are looking for: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
