Great opportunity: chef de partie (Indiana)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Allen County, Indiana. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 4+ years on the tools preferred.
