Immediate opening: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Boise County, Idaho. You will be based at a rebar fabrication workshop. Requirements: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements Your main tasks: • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman Full-time, day shift.
