We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Searcy County, Arkansas. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 2+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
