Fabricator-welder — Clarke County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Clarke County, Alabama. On the job you will handle: • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
