Immediate opening: fabricator-welder (Arizona)

Now hiring: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Graham County, Arizona. You will work at a stainless steel fabrication shop. Day-to-day duties: • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) Overtime paid at a premium rate.
