Reinforcement steel fixer • Columbus County, North Carolina

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Columbus County, North Carolina. The role involves: • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements Full-time with occasional weekends.
