Now hiring: we are hiring a fry cook in Lowndes County, Mississippi. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
