Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Saint Louis County, Minnesota. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Day-to-day duties: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Season and marinate meat on request • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Six days a week, one day off.
