Day-to-day duties: • Carry out suspension and steering repairs • Carry out wheel alignment and tyre balancing • Trace electrical faults in the starting and charging systems • Replace shock absorbers, ball joints and track-rod ends • Check and top up coolant, brake fluid and power-steering fluid You should have: • Valid driving licence • Able to read wiring diagrams and workshop manuals Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
