Immediate opening: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana. What we are looking for: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg On the job you will handle: • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
