We are recruiting: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Douglas County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot The role involves: • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience.
