Powder coating sprayer — City of Baltimore

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in City of Baltimore, Maryland. You will work at a powder coating unit. Day-to-day duties: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
