Dough maker wanted in District of Rutland

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in District of Rutland, England. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
