Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in New Hanover County, North Carolina. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens On the job you will handle: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Full-time with occasional weekends.
