Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Wayne County, Mississippi. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. On a typical shift you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
