We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Josephine County, Oregon. What we are looking for: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion On the job you will handle: • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits.
