Urgent requirement: we are hiring an insulation installer in West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. You should have: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane On a typical shift you will install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience.
