Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Norfolk County, Massachusetts. You will work at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On the job you will handle: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Rotating shifts.
