Join our team: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Douglas County, Illinois. You will be based at a busy body shop. Day to day you will bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Able to read and match factory paint codes Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours.
