Reinforcement fitter • Sabine County, Texas

Immediate opening: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Sabine County, Texas. You will be based on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. You will form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings. Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
