Join our team: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in South Gloucestershire, England. You will be based on a busy domestic building site. What we are looking for: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic Day to day you will apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; check walls for plumb and level as you go; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster.
