Join our team: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Davidson County, North Carolina. On a typical shift you will adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); write and edit G-code programs at the control; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets. What we are looking for: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T 3+ years on the tools preferred.
