We are recruiting: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Naugatuck Valley Planning Region, Connecticut. The job is at a cold storage facility. On the job you will handle: • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations You should have: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
