Brick and block layer wanted in Rhea County

Join our team: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Rhea County, Tennessee. The role involves mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
