CNC milling operator • Koochiching County, Minnesota

Join our team: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Koochiching County, Minnesota. Day to day you will apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter. Requirements: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Able to grind and set HSS cutters At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
