Now hiring: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Obio/Akpor, Rivers State. On the job you will handle: • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant You should have: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. ₦270,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
