Powder coating sprayer wanted in East Riding of Yorkshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in East Riding of Yorkshire, England. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Day-to-day duties: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well 4+ years on the tools preferred.
