Foundry operative wanted in Treasure County

Join our team: we are hiring a foundry operative in Treasure County, Montana. You will be based at a brass and bronze foundry. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection On the job you will handle: • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
