Vacancy available: we are hiring a refrigeration installation technician in Chickasaw County, Iowa. You will be based in an AC and refrigeration showroom. On a typical shift you will trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; clean condenser and evaporator coils; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays. Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
