Urgent requirement: we are hiring an insulation installer in Livingston County, Illinois. The role involves torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters. Requirements: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
