We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Hempstead County, Arkansas. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Your main tasks: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
