Baker wanted in Isle of Wight

Now hiring: we are hiring a baker in Isle of Wight, England. You will be based at a cake shop. On a typical shift you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Full-time with occasional weekends.
