Requirements: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings Day-to-day duties: • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift Full-time, day shift.
