You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On the job you will handle: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Full-time, day shift.
