The role involves watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed. You should have: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Six days a week, one day off.
