Join our team: we are hiring a butcher in Yankwashi, Jigawa State. The job is at a halal meat counter. You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Season and marinate meat on request • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder We offer ₦275,000 per month plus benefits.
